The specific features and capabilities of the Service may change as we iterate on our product. 3. Authorization & Access By using the Service, you explicitly grant Ancora Data permission to access, read, write, and modify data within your connected third-party accounts for the sole purpose of executing the workflows you have authorized. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and authority to grant such access to Ancora Data. 4. User Responsibilities Credentials: You are responsible for safeguarding any API keys, tokens, or credentials used to access the Service. Permissions: You are responsible for configuring access controls within your third-party applications. We recommend granting only the minimum permissions required for the Service to function. Input Data: You acknowledge that our automations rely on the accuracy of the data in your systems. Ancora Data is not responsible for outcomes resulting from incorrect or incomplete input data. 5. Intellectual Property Our Rights: All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (including code, algorithms, and proprietary automation logic) remain the exclusive property of Ancora Data. Your Rights: You retain full ownership of all business data, documents, and records processed by the Service. We claim no ownership over your confidential information. 6. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANCORA DATA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA CORRUPTION, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. 8. Termination You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking the access credentials or disconnecting your third-party accounts.
